The art. 10 of the Legislative Decree called “Decree Internationalization”, in force since October 7, 2015, review the intricate rules related to the provisions on identification of the so called “tax havens“. The changes, which affect the lists of “bad” and“good” countries, i.e. the black list and white list, will apply from the date of entry into force of the above mentioned Legislative Decree.
